Mid 14th Century Elbow Cops

The steel cops are made from 0.050"/18ag/1.3mm 4130 alloy steel with 4mm leather trim. They were heat treated to a HRC48 hardness.
Patterns
CAD DXF file of the pattern can be used to machine cut the metal plates.
